| Under the constant development of the economy and society,the people’s demands for high-quality life are constantly improving,which requires creating a good living environment.However,in order to create a beautiful living environment,it must be at the cost of consuming a lot of energy.At present,the shortage of non-renewable resources and the destruction of the ecological environment restrict the further development of society.As a major energy consumer,the consumption of building energy is receiving more and more attention.At present,there are two ways to reduce the energy consumption of buildings: on the one hand,reducing the energy consumption of buildings by developing and utilizing renewable energy and energy-saving building materials;on the other hand,reducing energy use by increasing the efficiency of energy-consuming equipment.In this context,the search for renewable energy,especially solar energy,replaces traditional energy sources and applies them to the construction industry as an important way to solve future energy problems.Solar energy is a renewable energy source with broad development prospects,and it will open a new era of energy.The central air conditioning system of the cigarette industry is responsible for controlling the temperature and humidity in the joint workshop.It is an important guarantee for the modern cigarette production equipment and production process,and its comprehensive energy consumption ratio is very high.In recent years,research on energy-saving of air-conditioning in cigarette industry involves various aspects such as optimization of air-conditioning system form and air treatment process,improvement of energy efficiency of cold source,and utilization of natural cold source.However,there has not been a report in the industry about the use of a composite heat source system consisting of solar and air source heat pumps to solve the heating problem of air conditioning systems.The research of this subject is mainly concerned with the application of composite heat source system composed of solar energy and air source heat pump in the air conditioning system of cigarette industry.First,the related research on solar water and air source single hot water system is introduced.The composite heat source system composed of solar energy and air source heat pump can produce complementary domestic hot water and fully utilize the advantages of these two renewable energy sources.Secondly,according to the climatic characteristics of Dali area in Yunnan Province,the feasibility of applying solar energy and air source heat pump composite heat source system in air conditioning system of Dali Cigarette Factory is analyzed,and the hot water demand of solar energy and air source heat pump combined heat source system in different seasonal climate changes is analyzed.Guarantee rate.Then,optimize the thermal load ratio of the solar collector to the air energy heat pump.On the basis of meeting the air conditioning heat load demand,the energy saving efficiency of the hot water system is greatly improved,and the system structure is simplified.Finally,the energy saving and environmental benefits of solar energy and air source heat pump composite heat source systems are analyzed.The system can not only reduce primary energy consumption,save operating costs,but also reduce environmental pollution caused by system operation. |
