The elevator load test is an important means to check the running performance of the elevator.Whether the elevator loading performance meets the standard affects the passenger's personal safety and the elevator operation safety.At present,the elevator load test uses a single mechanical loading method,which is cumbersome to operate,requires a lot of manpower and material resources,and cannot realize the function of automatically recording test data,and the test detection efficiency is extremely low.To this end,this thesis takes the automatic loading of elevator as the research object,and proposes an electromagnetic friction combined loading method by using air pressure friction loading and electromagnetic loading method,and studies the electromagnetic friction combined loading control method and system in elevator load test.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:.(1)According to the actual demand of elevator load test,the automatic loading and control method of elevator load test is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different loading methods are compared.The advantages of friction loading and electromagnetic loading are combined to construct the electromagnetic friction combined loading method and system.(2)For the technical requirements and performance indexes of elevator load test loading,the air pressure friction loading control parameter is adjusted by the parameter identification method,and the specific air pressure friction loading control model is established.Based on the hysteresis nonlinear theory Analyze the relationship between the electromagnetic force of the magnetic powder brake and the control voltage,and establish an electromagnetic loading control model.(3)For the nonlinear and electromagnetic hysteresis of air pressure friction loading,the combined loading control method is studied,and the overall control model of electromagnetic friction combined loading of elevator load test is designed.The electromagnetic friction combined PID control and double closed loop PID control comparison analysis,The double closed loop PID control method is determined.The simulation analysis of combined loading control performance is carried out by Simulink software,and the combined loading characteristic simulation test is carried out.The results show that The combined load control system uses double closed loop PID control,the load stabilization time is 0.26s~0.52 s,and the maximum relative error is 2.71%.According to the actual environment of the elevator load test,a random interference signal of-10kg~10kg and a pulse disturbance of 30 kg peak are added to the simulation system respectively.The system can effectively adjust and remove the disturbance without abnormality.(4)The electromagnetic friction combined loading test platform of the elevator was built.Combined with the electromagnetic friction combined loading device,the electromagnetic friction combined loading control system and its software and hardware were designed.The performance analysis of the electromagnetic friction combined loading control performance of the elevator load test showed that: the load stabilization time is 0.34s~0.80 s,and the maximum relative error is 4.65%,and no abnormal jitter occurs during the loading process.The reliability of the electromagnetic friction combined loading control model is verified.The designed electromagnetic friction combined loading control system meets the elevator load.Test load stability and rapidity requirements.
