As a carrier for transmitting energy and signals,cables harness are widely used in various complex electromechanical products such as aviation,aerospace and ships.Reasonable layout and optimization of cables is an important prerequisite for ensuring the performance and reliability of complex mechanical and electrical products.With the continuous development of computer simulation technology and virtual reality technology,it provides a new solution to solve the problems of traditional cable layout quality and layout efficiency and over-reliance on experience.At present,research results in cable virtual assembly at home and abroad mainly focus on cable automation layout design,cable modeling and simulation,cable assembly simulation and so on.Among them,the cable automation layout has experienced the stage of computer-aided human-computer interaction and is developing towards automation layout.In this paper,the related theories,key technologies and implementation methods of cable automatic layout design in virtual environment are studied.The main research work of the thesis is summarized as follows:(1)Based on the research of cable routing technology at home and abroad,the demand analysis of cable routing system in virtual environment is carried out,and the connotation and system framework of cable virtual cabling routing system are proposed.(2)In order to solve the problem of difficult expression of engineering semantic information,incomplete information and scattered information in the process of cable virtual wiring in complex electromechanical products,it is proposed to establish a unified cable integrated digital model,point out its components and modeling process,and then separately Discuss the information model of the cable system,the geometric model of the cable,and the establishment of the collision detection model,which lays a model foundation for the cable automation layout design.(3)In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor reliability of cable routing design,an improved RRT algorithm for path planning is proposed.Firstly,the bidirectional extended random tree search strategy is used to obtain the initial planning path connecting the starting point and the ending point in a short time.The Dijkstra algorithm is used for subsampling the initial path node,and the set matrix of the node is searched to optimize the initial path.(4)The prototype system was developed on the CREO platform based on the CREO/TOOLKIT secondary development tool.The development environment,overall goals and functional modules of the system are introduced in detail.
