With the advantages of smooth shift,continuous power shift and strong adaptability,the automatic transmission is widely used in the fields of vehicle,engineering machinery and so on.The electro-hydraulic control technology is one of the core technologies of the automatic transmission which is a complexly integrated product of mechanic-electronic-hydraulic system.The control block of printed hydraulic circuit is not only the key component of the electrohydraulic control technology,but also one of the typical products with high integration of hydraulic technology.However,there is a little research on the hydraulic technology of automatic transmissions in China,especially in the lack of independent research and development of the control block of printed hydraulic circuit.Therefore,in order to break through the hydraulic technology of the automatic transmission system and form a set of independently theoretical research methods,the following research work has been done in this paper on the hydraulic system and printed hydraulic circuit layout design of of the Heavy-duty Automatic Transmission:(1)The operational principle & development trend of all kinds of automatic transmission and the research situation and relevant achievements of hydraulic system & printed hydraulic circuit technology of automatic transmission at home and abroad were summarized comprehensively.Through survey and current research status,the main research contents of this paper were determined by the Allison 5000 series Heavy-duty Automatic Transmission.(2)The work principle of each subsystem of the hydraulic system of the Heavy-duty automatic transmission hydraulic system was systematically summarized and analyzed,and the relationship between each system was elaborated.On the basis of the analysis of work principle of the hydraulic system,selection of hydraulic oil and oil pump selection in the hydraulic system,as well as the design and calculation of the main hydraulic components of the system of main pressure regulating & shift control(including the main pressure regulating valve,the electromagnetic shift valve and accumulator)were carried out.On one hand,it can provide a reference for the design and calculation of other components,on the other hand,it will lay a foundation for the follow-up research.(3)On the basis of establishing the mathematical model of the main pressure regulating system,the performance of the system was studied from two aspects: On one hand,genetic algorithm optimized the main parameters of the main pressure regulating valve of the main pressure regulating system was adopted based on AMESim,it not only verified the rationality of the design and calculation,but also laid the foundation for the next research;On the other hand,in MATLAB/Simulink,studied the optimization of dynamic characteristics of main pressure regulating based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)PID.Similarly,the performance of shift control system was also studied from two aspects: On the one hand,with similar to the optimization process of the main pressure regulating valve,the optimization research of electromagnetic shift valve in shift control system was carried out;On the other hand,aimed at the stability of clutch pressure required by automatic transmission in shift,clutch pressure was studied in depth from the relevant factors in shift control system based on AMESim.(4)Combined with the above research work,the layout design of printed pressure circuit was studied and the control block of printed pressure circuit was designed.And then designed the technical process of the printed hydraulic circuit,and formed a method of forward development of the control block of printed hydraulic circuit.Finally,by taking the solenoid valve body as an example,introduced the sample production process of printing oil printed hydraulic circuit and finshed assembly.This can provide guidance and reference for the development and application of printed hydraulic circuit control block.
