The new concrete structure system is a box structure put forward by academician Kejian Ma and used in practice.Cassette structure as one of the structure of high-rise residential building,in order to study the similarities and differences of structural system of the new type of structural system and conventional,based on the layout and the vertical components are the same size on the premise of the two kinds of structure model was established based on software that cassette tube structure and normal structure,two kinds of structure bearing system are frame shear wall structure from the essence,so at first,this paper studies the development of high-rise buildings and the characteristics of frame shear structure,further introduces the cassette structure is put forward and the development of mechanical properties;Secondly,the static and dynamic properties of the box-type multi-cylinder structure and the conventional structure are compared.The elastoplastic analysis of box-type multi-cylinder structure under rare earthquake is studied again.Finally,the assembly of multi-barrel box structure is studied.The following research results and conclusions are obtained:1.The theoretical analysis of lattice wall frame shows that the installation of dense columns and interlayer beams in the frame structure can significantly improve the overall stiffness of the structure.2.In the comparative analysis of static performance between box-type multi-cylinder structure and conventional structure,the natural vibration period of box-type multi-cylinder structure is small,indicating that its lateral stiffness is greater than that of conventional structure.The maximum inter-storey displacement Angle and floor displacement of the box-type multi-cylinder structure are generally smaller than those of the conventional structure.Both structures meet the standard requirements of shear weight ratio and rigid weight ratio.In addition,the multi-cylinder box structure with hollow sandwich plate has obvious advantages in reducing the weight and height of the structure.3.Structure of two kinds of bi-directional met earthquake under the action of elastic analysis,by comparing the floor displacement,the interlayer displacement Angle and floor shear of the mechanics index,the analysis shows that under the action of three kinds of seismic waves of the conventional structure of the maximum floor displacement and maximum interlayer displacement Angle were greater than cassette tube structure,indicates how drum cartridge structure seismic performance is betterthan conventional structure.4.The elastoplastic analysis of three kinds of seismic waves under four kinds of working conditions is studied for the box-type multi-cylinder structure.The base shear in the elastic-plastic time history analysis of rare earthquakes under unidirectional action is greater than that in the elastic-plastic time history analysis of rare earthquakes under bidirectional action.The base shear calculated by elastic time-history analysis of rare earthquakes is 0.7 to 0.9 times of the base shear calculated by elastic time-history analysis of rare earthquakes,and 4 to 5 times of the base shear calculated by elastic time-history analysis of rare earthquakes.The seismic response of structure under plastic analysis has obvious hysteresis phenomenon;The damage of shear wall is mainly concentrated on the connecting beam,which plays a full role in energy dissipation.5.In the assembly of box-type multi-cylinder structure,since the tube structure adopts the method of cast-in-place concrete,the assembly is composed of two parts:concrete hollow sandwich plate assembly and concrete external wall frame assembly.The concrete unit division of hollow sandwich plate and external wall frame is studied deeply.At the same time,how to lift the external wall frame is described and the lifting of the hollow sandwich plate is studied in general.
