In recent years,"civil aviation service" has become a hot topic,and the good quality of airport civil aviation service has become a basic adjustment for building a strong civil aviation country.In particular,the 13 th Five-Year Plan put forward that "the 13 th Five-Year Plan" is the decisive battle period to realize the strategic conception of the civil aviation power and the key stage for the whole people to consolidate the foundation of the civil aviation powerful nation’s construction.As an important foundation and leading industry of the national economy,the civil aviation industry is an important part of the modern transportation system.As one of the better airports in our country,Guiyang Longdongbao Airport provides very good conditions for promoting the development of our country’s aviation.Study on Civil Aviation Service quality of Longdongbao Airport,Guiyang,and perfect Civil Aviation Service It is of great significance for the development of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport to improve the service level of civil aviation and the running quality of civil aviation service.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research situation of civil aviation service and its service quality at home and abroad,introduces the contents of Guiyang Longdongbao airport service,and analyzes the management status of Guiyang Longdongbao airport civil aviation service quality.According to the demand analysis,the passengers of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport are classified,and the factors influencing the service quality of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport are analyzed.Based on the service quality gap model and the improved SERVQUAL model,and according to the characteristics and service standards of the civil aviation industry,this paper constructs a model including reliability,responsiveness,empathy.5dimensions of materiality and guaranty,21 indicators of civil aviation service of Guiyang Longdongbao airport The initial index system of quality evaluation.Finally,according to the evaluation of civil aviation service quality of Guiyang LongdongbaoAirport and the existing problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding fiver promotion strategies.The results show that the improvement of civil aviation service quality of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport is helpful to the further development of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport.Through questionnaire investigation and analysis,the evaluation index system of civil aviation service quality can be constructed,which can effectively measure the service quality of airport civil aviation.
