Design And Application Of Cable Digital Token

This paper puts forward a cable digital number device whose system includes STM32 core processor,I/O channel expansion circuit,serial communication circuit and power conversion circuit,which can realize the rapid identification of the cable harness point and send the test data to the host computer through serial communication,in order to solve the problems of low efficiency and safety hazard in semi-finished cables with three-meter buzzer,The host computer software completes the digital system conversion of the hardware test data,and uses the "haxi" algorithm to de-duplicate the converted duplicate data,reducing the times of data comparison and improving the data de-duplication speed.By using the Android synthesis tool,the author realized offline speech synthesis,broadcast and real-time display of test results.The cable digital numbering device mentioned in this paper has been tested in the space station freight return cabin cable network,and all technical indicators have met the design requirements.The hardware design result of the device can also be applied to the steps of thermal welding,cable mesh welding and the like in the assembly process.
