Since the 1970 s southwest airlines,the world’s first low-cost carrier,has been so successful that other airlines have followed suit.These companies have changed the basic structure and development process of the entire civil aviation industry.China’s civil aviation has successively implemented a series of favorable policies.Under these policies,the government gradually liberalizes the control,and the development of low-cost aviation shows an upward trend.The competition means of airline gradually presents multidirectional development,so more and more airline begin low cost development route.This paper mainly studies the low-cost development strategy of rocco aviation and puts forward Suggestions for the future development of the aviation industry.By combining the development background of current low-cost airlines and combining the latest research status at home and abroad,the paper clarifies the main contents of low-cost aviation and related strategies and operation modes.Taking low-cost L airline as an example,using PEST method and SWOT The method analyzes the actual operation effect of L airline,judges its operational advantages and disadvantages,and interprets the current problems and obstacles of L airline according to the actual situation,and proposes relevant suggestions based on the problems,so as to provide low-cost aviation industry to China.Present a reference value.
