For the dual-fuel engine modified by YN33CRD2 electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine,a dual-fuel ECU controller is designed based on AURIX TC275 microcontroller to provide basic conditions for the development of control strategy and experimental research of the dual-fuel engine.According to the demand analysis of the control structure of the dual fuel engine,the overall design scheme of the ECU is proposed,and the key component selection and the rational allocation of the on-chip resources of the microcontroller are laid,which lays the premise for the circuit design.According to the control requirements of the ECU,ECU power supply system,signal processing circuit of the sensor,drive circuit of the actuator,and the MCU system circuit are designed.In view of the problem of weak anti-interference ability of ECU,the ECU controller PCB circuit board is studied: the different functional circuits are partitioned,wiring method of reduce inter-line interference is adopted,digital ground,analog ground and power ground is separate and single point connection method is adopted,these measures greatly improve the antijamming capability and reliability of the ECU controller.Through the dual fuel engine bench test,the feasibility and reliability of the key circuit modules such as actuator drive,power supply,sensor signal processing and MCU of the dual fuel ECU controller are verified.The test results show that the important circuit modules such as crankshaft and camshaft signal processing circuit,fuel injection,gas injection drive circuit and fuel metering unit drive circuit have better stability.
