| By analyzing the important role of mass and centroid in aircraft flight,the importance of mass and centroid testing is briefly introduced.According to the measurement requirements of the quality and centroid of the training products to be tested in conjunction with the "Missile and Rocket Quality Characteristic Measurement Method"(QJ1172A-97).Based on the four-point horizontal placement measurement method and the mathematical model of the measurement was established.Analyze the function problems such as leveling,pre-measuring state adjustment,training product rolling,etc.,to solve the core design problem,and emphasize on how to ensure the reliability and high stability of the structure,so as to provide the accuracy of the piece-type measuring instrument.Ansys Workbench software is used to analyze the statics of the two key weighing components of the roller box and the A-end base,and to verify whether its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements,verify the reliability of the mechanical structure,and calculate the structural deformation after loading.Through analyzing the selection,position design and calibration method of weighing sensors,the calibration method of weighing sensors is confirmed,and the calibration of eight weighing sensors is carried out.During the calibration process,the data of empty loading value and output value were collected,and the least squares method was used to fit the coefficient of the sensor.The accuracy of the sensor can be controlled at Range of ±0.04 %Study the calibration and test methods of key components,and determine its installation method and ensure its measurement accuracy.The selection,installation and calibration of laser rangefinder are introduced in detail.The error of laser rangefinder is controlled within ±1mm.By analyzing the factors that affect the measurement error of the measuring instrument,the error source is analyzed to determine the influence of each error factor on the measurement structure.The final analysis verifies the influence of these error factors on the accuracy of the measuring instrument.Each measurement parameter of the measurement system is estimated to measure uncertainty,and the measurement error accuracy of the measuring instrument quality,axial center of mass,and radial center is obtained,so as to correct and compensate and ensure the measurement accuracy. |
