| Nowadays,shipboard helicopter is playing an increasing vital role in modern naval battles,searching and antisubmarine action.So the safety in carrier landing for shipboard helicopters is very significant.The safe operation envelope and strategies of three types of shipboard helicopter’s carrier landing were studied in this paper.Firstly,the safe operation envelope where helicopters hover was discussed in this paper.Semisteady model and unsteady aerodynamic were considered to calculate the aerodynamic force of the rotor.Then,the whole shipboard helicopter’s model was made by combining rotor,fuselage and tail rotor model.With the operation limitation of the helicopter,a safe flight envelope can be computed accompanied with ship’s model and flow field’s model.The impact factors on safe flight envelopes were discussed for different helicopters.Secondly,the path planning near the boat was studied.The traditional 2-D A* path planning was discussed and developed.A direction matrix was set up and could be used to show how a helicopter could move in 3-D condition.So 3-D A* path planning could be obtained.Through simulation experiments based on 3-D A* path planning on different situations,comparison and discussion were conducted on the factors which impacted path planning.Finally,summarization on the whole process of shipboard helicopter’s carrier landing was studied in this paper.By using the safe flight envelope model and path planning model got above,a simulation of whole carrier landing processes of three different types of shipboard helicopters was gotten.The impacts of different situations were discussed and the strategy of shipboard helicopter’s safe carrier landing was analyzed. |
