Design And Development Of T18 SUV Body Surface And Structural Parts

The development of automobile body is one of the important works in the automobile enterprise.It is of great significance for improving the quality of product R&D and shortening the R&D cycle to carry out the research on the method of body surface and structure development.Firstly,the development process of automobile body is summarized.Based on the design experiences,this paper summarizes the body design specifications such as hard point design specifications,body process requirements,body clearance and sealing requirements.In this paper,the design specification of class A surface is determined,and the surface modeling and smoothing of the left door outer panel of T18 SUV are carried out.This paper designs the structure of the left door of T18.In this paper,the structure design of the left door of T18 is completed,and the structural parts such as the door outer panel,the door inner panel,the door inner reinforcement plate,the anti-collision beam and the glass guide rail are designed.The layout design of the door hinges,limiters,locks and glass lifts is completed,and the motion analysis and checking of the window glass are completed.The design of side structure has been completed.In this paper,NX One Step non-linear finite element analysis technology is applied to simulate the forming of B-pillar deep drawing structure.Based on the simulation results,the lower structure of B-pillar is improved.Further analysis shows that the improved structure meets the requirements of forming technology,and the attempt in this respect is expected to improve the efficiency of body structure development.
