In the production and processing industry,the shape of the sheet products has also been changed from conventional rectangular,circular and other regular patterns to various patterns,which increases the difficulty of the assembly of the sheet products when assembling with other parts.The line profile of the sheet product puts forward higher requirements,making the flat line profile detection of the sheet product more difficult.In this paper,from the perspective of improving the assembly precision of parts,the measurement method of the flatness of the flat line of the sheet product is studied,and the visual measurement scheme of the flatness of the flat line of the sheet product is designed,which has the advantages of automatic and rapid detection.The main work of this paper has the following points:(1)For the common measurement requirements of sheet products,the difficulty of using machine vision measurement for sheet products is analyzed.Based on the general flow of machine vision,the idea of the flat line profile error measurement algorithm for sheet products is designed.(2)Design an edge detection algorithm,which uses the Sobel operator or other means to calculate the coarse positioning and gradient direction of the product edge,determine the edge detection area based on the edge position and the gradient direction,and obtain the discovery in the edge detection area.The mean value of the gray values of all points in the tangential direction is assigned to the corresponding point on the normal line,so that the gray distribution of all points on the normal line is calculated,and then the Sigmoid function is used to fit the gray distribution on the normal line to solve the position of the edge point..(3)Design a shape matching algorithm,which uses the Sobel to acquire the pixel-level edges of the image and generate an image pyramid,and similarly process the standard contour to generate an image pyramid.The image pyramid hierarchical search strategy and the distance similarity measure are used for coarse positioning,and the iterative closest point algorithm is used for fine matching.(4)According to the actual needs of the enterprise,the overall experimental scheme of the flat line profile error measurement system for thin products was designed,including hardware selection,structural design and software development.The experimental platform is built by the above software and hardware to verify the measurement algorithm of this paper.
