In view of the problems such as contact charging, battery power exhaustion and low efficiency,a single-tube inverted induction coupling wireless charging system is designed to make the inspection robot charge wireless at the observation points during the inspection process. The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the main circuit of wireless charging system for substation inspection robot is designed. The principles of inductively coupled, magnetically coupled resonant and microwave radiation radio power transmission modes, the advantages and disadvantages of full bridge, half bridge,push-pull,single transistor inverters and their applications are analyzed. The composition and working principle of the single-transistor induction coupling wireless charging system are described in detail. The wireless charging system is modeled and analyzed, and the compensation network is designed.Under the equivalent model, the main circuit parameters of the system are optimized.Secondly, the wireless charging coil of substation inspection robot is optimized. The common structure of the wireless charging coil and the influence of the misalignment of the transmitting and receiving coils on the coupling coefficient are analyzed. The equivalent model of plane helical circular and square coils is established, and the expression of mutual inductance between two single-turn coils is derived.Based on the mutual inductance formula between coils, the relationship between the coupling coefficient and the average radius ratio and the distance radius ratio is further obtained, and the transmitting coil of the system is optimized according to the relationship. Finally, the main circuit of wireless charging system for substation inspection robot is simulated and experimented.Saber simulation software is used to simulate and verify the main circuit of the system. The transmitting and receiving coils of the system are wound and the experimental platform of the main circuit of the wireless charging system is built, which is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the output power and transmission efficiency meet the design requirements, and the optimized radiation coil can slow down the decline of coupling coefficient when the coil is offset, improve the transmission efficiency of the system, and verify the correctness of the proposed design method.
