In the past 10 years,China's railway has developed rapidly with a railway network extending in all directions covering the whole country.As one of the important medium and long distance transportation modes in China,the comfort and stability of the environment inside the train have gradually attracted people's attention on the premise of constantly improving the operation speed.It is the basic requirement and important index of modern train to provide convenient,comfortable and suitable environment for passengers.The air conditioning system is one of the indispensable subsystems of modern trains.The design of air duct for traditional trains and air conditioning trains of urban rail and subway is generally determined by empirical formula,but the results obtained by empirical formula are relatively rough and have poor accuracy.Therefore,the traditional method cannot accurately predict the distribution characteristics of air distribution in the train.In this paper,the air duct uniformity and reasonable breeze velocity of the air conditioning system are compared,analyzed and evaluated with the mobile shower device for engineering as the research object,and the CFD software is combined.In addition,the windshield plate is added or reduced in the designated position in the air duct to improve the uniformity of the air duct outlet and indoor air distribution.In order to achieve uniform air supply in the air supply duct and reasonable wind speed in the passenger room,this paper studies and optimizes the air volume distribution at the air supply outlet,which is mainly realized by CFD simulation.Firstly,program analysis is carried out to determine the research content.In the design stage,the airway model is firstly established according to the two-dimensional drawing,and the CFD simulation calculation is preliminarily carried out,and the corresponding simulation results are obtained.According to the preliminary simulation results,the results are analyzed.If the air volume is evenly distributed and meets the design requirements,the existing air supply system design is reasonable and no adjustment is needed.If the air volume shown in the results is not evenly distributed and does not meet the requirements,the model needs to be adjusted.By means of repeatedly adjusting the baffle increase or decrease or increasing the guide plate,the air volume at the outlet is uniform and meets the design requirements.After theuneven coefficient of air volume at each outlet meets the design requirements,the wind speed in the guest room is simulated and calculated,and the wind speed at all levels is obtained through simulation,which is then compared and analyzed with the design standard.In the whole design process,combining the three methods of theoretical calculation,CFD simulation and test data measurement,the design efficiency is effectively improved,the consumption of human and material resources is reduced,and the reliability of the research results is guaranteed.The research data and results show that the numerical simulation method is feasible to analyze and study the air uniformity of the ventilation system and the rationality of the air distribution in the vehicle.The reasonable Suggestions for improving the internal structure of the air duct are helpful to improve the air supply uniformity and comfort of the modern train ventilation system.
