Energy recovery fresh air treatment system can effectively reduce the energy consumption of fresh air units.It has many advantages,such as easy installation and use,long service life,stable performance of fresh air treatment and so on.In this paper,the best matching rule of indoor exhaust air and outdoor air under variable working conditions is explored,considering both macro and micro performances,to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the system.And,the paper uses the method of rake analysis to judge the rake loss of each part of the system and puts forward the improvement measures.After mixing indoor exhaust air with outdoor air,the air flow passes through the condenser,and the heat transfer effect on the condenser side is enhanced by increasing the air flow and lowering the temperature.Under diflferent outdoor ambient temperatur-es,there is an optimum ratio of indoor exhaust air to outdoor air at this ambient temperature.In order to achieve the best energy-saving effect at different outdoor temperatures,this paper chooses 5 outdoor ambient temperatures and 6 outdoor air flow in mixing box,and makes an experimental analysis on the optimal mixing ratio of outdoor fresh air and exhaust air of exhaust energy recovery unit.The energy efficiency ratio,condensation temperature and supercooling,evaporation temperature and superheating of the fixed and non-fixed mixtures were compared and analyzed.It was found that the energy saving and safety of the non_fixed mixtures were better than that of the fixed mixtures.The energy efficiency of the energy recovery unit is 28%higher than that of the ordinary unit,and the maximum energy efficiency of the energy recovery unit can reach 35%.The exergy analysis can take into account the dual characteristics of energyquantity5 and 'quality5.It can also judge the loss of each component in the unit.Fromthe point of view of irreversibility or loss of test results,among the components of vapor compression refrigeration unit,the loss of compressor accounts for the largest proportion,with the loss rate approaching 50%,and the loss of expansion valve is the smallest,with the loss rate less than 10%.In this paper,the main components and refrigeration cycle process of the unit are modeled based on the platform of MATLAB.The operating characteristics of the unit under different operating conditions are simulated.The error between the simulation value and the test result is less than 7%.The variation rule of the simulation value is roughly consistent with the test result,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation result.
