Based on the reality of frequent accidents currently,to enhance the relevant research is of vital importance.In order to explore the influence of pattern composition of road traffic lights on driving behavior,the multifactors experimental design was planned on account of the pattern recognition of disc and arrow shifting,as well as number and colour changing of road traffic lights.Two experiments were included:Experiment one were a mixed experimental design of 2(colour of countdown numbers:red,green)x2(colour of disc signal lights:red,green)×2(shifting of left turning signal lights:signal lights change after countdown,signal lights does not change after countdown)×2(owning of license:subjects have licence,subjects do not have license).Among them,colour of countdown numbers,colour of disc signal lights and shifting of left turning signal lights were within participate variable,owning of license was between participate variable.The dependent variables were response time and accuracy.Experiment two were a mixed experimental design of 2(colour of countdown numbers:red,green)x2(colour of disc signal lights:red,green)×2(shifting of right turning signal lights:signal lights change in the process of countdown,signal lights does not change after countdown)×2(owning of license:subjects have licence,subjects do not have license).Among them,colour of countdown numbers,colour of disc signal lights and shifting of left turning signal lights were within participate variable,owning of license was between participate variable.The dependent variables were response time and accuracy.Main results are as follows:(1)In the process of recognition of left turning driving instruction,the main effect of colour of disc signal lights were significant,subjects' response time to red disc signal lights were shorter than speed to green disc signal lights.The main effect of shifting of left turning signal lights were significant,subjects' response time to the situation that signal lights change after countdown were shorter than the situation that signal lights did not change after countdown.The main effect of owning of license were significant,response time of subjects with licenses were shorter than those without licenses.(2)In the process of recognition of left turning driving instruction,colour of countdown numbers,colour of disc signal lights and owning of licenses were three variables,and interaction between each of them was significant.Among subjects with licenses,subjects' response time to the combination of green countdown numbers and red signal lights was shortest,and among those without licenses,subjects' response time to the combination of red countdown numbers and red signal lights was shortest.(3)In the process of recognition of right turning driving instruction,the main effect of shifting of right turning signal lights were significant,subjects' response time to the situation that signal lights did not change after countdown were shorter than the situation that signal lights change after countdown,and in the former situation,subjects had higher accuracy.(4)In the process of recognition of right turning driving instruction,colour of disc signal lights,shifting of right turning signal lights and owning of licenses were three variables,and interaction between each of them was significant.Among subjects with licenses,subjects' response time to the combination of red signal lights and the situation that signal lights does not change after countdown was shortest and among those without licenses,subjects' response time to the combination of red signal lights and signal lights does not change after countdown was shortest.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)When driving on left-turn lanes,subjects response faster when colour of countdown numbers were not in accordance with colour of disc signal lights,while they response slower when colour of numbers and lights are consistent.(2)When driving on rught-turn lanes,subjects response faster when colour of countdown numbers were in accordance with colour of disc signal lights,while they response slower when colour of numbers and lights are not consistent.(3)Situation that signal lights change after countdown can obviously cut down expect deviation,as same as the situation that signal lights change in the process of countdown not randomly,which makes to faster response speed and higher accuracy...
