Research On The Space Design Of Obstetric Ward Under The Influence Of Environmental Psychology

The health of human beings is not determined solely by internal physiological factors.The mental state of the human body and the spatial environment in which the body is located also affect the health of human beings.Therefore,the environment can be said to be one of the important factors in the entire medical process,to create a good hospital space environment,to meet the physiological and psychological needs of patients,is a new standard for hospital interior design.As a special group of hospitalized people,maternity wards are not only designed in terms of medical hardware,but also need to bring good conditions for childbirth rehabilitation to hospitalized patients from the perspectives of human psychology and environment.Based on the transformation of medical model,this paper takes the space of obstetrics ward as the research object,and expounds the necessity of optimizing the design of its environmental quality.This paper takes environmental psychology as the theoretical basis and extracts theories and viewpoints related to the environmental design of obstetric wards.To clarify the importance of environmental psychology to the spatial design of obstetric ward.Through the questionnaire survey of the main users in the maternity ward space,namely maternal,accompanying visitor and medical staff,the different psychological needs of users in the maternity ward were analyzed to find out the prevalence problems of the current maternity ward environment.Afterwards,the paper draws on the case design of the environment design of excellent obstetric hospitals at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the strategy of environmental design for obstetric wards from the perspective of environmental psychology,including three aspects:perceptual environment optimization,psychological needs satisfaction and space quality improvement.The environmental design strategy derived from the research is applied to the actual project,and the feasibility of the design strategy based on environmental psychology is demonstrated through design practice.Base on the guidance of relevant theories of environmental psychology,this paper conducts preliminary research and exploration on the environmental design of obstetric wards.It is hoped that in the future design,the environmental quality of the maternity ward will be improved,and a humanized,modern and high-quality medical environment will be created for pregnant women,medical staff and accompanying visitors,in order to improve the rationality and scientificity of the hospital environment design and suitability.
