With the improvement of people's living standards,more and more families have private cars,which makes people's travel more convenient and brings some new problems.How to ensure the real-time safety of vehicles and effective monitoring of vehicles is an urgent problem for people to solve.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a vehicle monitoring system based on Android.The system is divided into two parts: vehicle terminal and monitoring center.The vehicle terminal uses C language to complete data collection and transmission,and the monitoring center uses Java language to complete data processing and display.The main control module of the vehicle terminal subsystem adopts STM32F407,and cooperates with the vibration sensor module,GPS/BD dual-mode positioning module,digital camera module and 4G wireless transmission module.The vibration signal is collected by the vibration sensor module;the vehicle position and status information comes from the GPS/BD dual-mode positioning module;the surrounding environment information of the car is recorded by the digital camera module;on the one hand,the 4G wireless communication module uploads data to the monitoring center using TCP/IP The protocol,on the other hand,it receives the control commands issued by the monitoring center.The monitoring center receives and analyzes different types of data from the vehicle terminal.Among them,if the vehicle position and status data are parsed,the data is stored in the MySQL database,and if the parsed information is a picture,the video is synthesized by using the MPEG4 algorithm.The vehicle monitoring system APP is based on the Android platform to develop which uses the HTTP format to complete the data interaction with the server.Finally,the vehicle monitoring system was tested on the real vehicle.The test results show that the system can realize vehicle terminal information collection and data transmission.Vehicle location display,video surveillance and one-click alarming are done on the Android client.
