| In recent years,with the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the number of cars in the world has risen sharply.Due to the increasing pressure of environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction,the implementation of lightweight automobile has become a basic requirement for the development of automobile industry.The weight of the car body system accounts for the largest proportion of the total weight of the car,about 40%-50%,so it is very important to reduce the weight of the car body.At present,the use of new lightweight materials and new manufacturing processes to achieve the automobile body weight reduction is two methods commonly used in the industry.Aluminum alloy material has many advantages such as high specific strength,low density(about 1/3 of steel),strong corrosion resistance and so on.It has become one of the main materials used by major automobile manufacturers at home and abroad to replace traditional low carbon steel in the process of realizing lightweight automobile body.This study chosen AC 170 and 5182 aluminium alloy sheet as the research object,according to the principle of plastic forming of metal materials,the use of experimental research,theoretical analysis,computer simulation and actual production verification,system and in-depth of the selected two kinds of car body with aluminum alloy sheet formability,analysis and comparison.Taking the hood outer panel and front door inner panel a certain model of the company as an example,AC 170 and 5182 were selected to replace the low carbon steel sheet,and the forming results were analyzed by computer simulation.Finally,it was put into mold manufacturing and verified by practical production.The specific work of this study is as follows:(1)Aiming at the AC 170 and 5182 two kinds of domestic automotive aluminum alloy sheet,through the single tensile test,chemical composition analysis test,FLD test experiment combined with theoretical research and analysis,confirm the chemical composition of two kinds of aluminum alloy,measure the forming performance parameters of two kinds of aluminum alloy plates,draw the FLD diagram of two kinds of aluminum alloy sheets.(2)Taking the hood outer panel and front door inner panel as an example,the finite element stamping analysis model was established.Through the optimization of product structure and stamping process scheme,the stamping forming characteristics and laws of two aluminum alloy sheets were found out and summarized,and the stamping process scheme was finally determined.(3)On the basis of the above results,using the final stamping process program,the forming mold of two parts,the hood outer panel and front door inner panel,is designed.And put into the actual manufacturing,commissioning and production,the final verification of two kinds of domestic automobile body aluminum alloy sheets in the body of the car is feasible.At the same time,find out the characteristics and key points of aluminum alloy body stamping parts in stamping die design,stamping die manufacturing and maintenance in the later production process. |
