Research On The Risk Control Of Construction Enterprises Based On The Financial Sharing Model

With urbanization and Investment in infrastructure,Many companies are expanding getting bigger.More and more construction enterprises are troubled by such problems as the risk of internal control,the increase of operation cost and the low efficiency of capital management brought by blind expansion and obsolete management mode.The concept and practice of Financial Sharing Services(FSS)originated in the 1980 s,After more than 30 years of development,in various industries to obtain a lot of successful experience on global and also in china,However,the application of Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)model in construction industry is still very rare.At present,the research on financial sharing mainly focuses on reducing cost and improving efficiency,few studies on the role of strengthening management and prevention and control of risks.It is meaningful to study the risk control of construction enterprises based on financial sharing model.Because there are great differences between the FSSC model and the traditional financial model in the organization and working mode.The construction of FSSC brings new means and unique advantages to the enterprise risk control,but also produces the problems under the new mode.Therefore,this paper introduces using methods such as comparison and survey,Take group A as an example to study the risk control behavior of construction enterprises in FSSC mode,Research is carried out along theoretical research--risk analysis--status inquiries--mechanism design--inspection optimization,Explore the following:(1)Take group A as the representative to analyze the operation characteristics and study the risk situation,(2)Study the difference between traditional financial model and financial sharing model,Analyzes the risk control requirements of construction enterprises under the mode of financial sharing by studying the situation of group A,(3)Puts forward the concrete means and strategies to control various risks of construction enterprises under the mode of financial sharing.The results show that financial sharing is helpful to the risk control of construction enterprises,But in order to make the risk control effective,it is necessary to clarify its risk control function,continuously follow up risk research and pay attention to internal communication.I hope that through the study of this paper,It provides the corresponding theory and practice reference value for the construction enterprise to construct the financial sharing service center and exert its risk control function.
