Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy.Not only can absorb a large number of rural labor transfer,but also drive a large number of related industries,economic and social development,urban and rural construction and livelihood improvement has made an important contribution.In recent years,with the increasing downward pressure of the construction market in our country,the cruel competition in the construction market and the closure of some construction enterprises,the management authorities of the construction enteiprises have made the level of internal control management.Internal control management effect and other enterprise internal control problems have a new understanding and understanding.This paper chooses Y architectural group as the research object,analyzes the present situation of the internal control of Y architectural group,the good practice and existing problems in the internal control,and probes into the problems existing in the internal control of Y architectural group.And through comparing with domestic excellent enterprises in internal control,it helps them to deepen and strengthen the existing internal control.Through the research on the internal control of Y architectural group,it is found that Y architectural group has a more accurate orientation in the development of the enterprise,and the organizational structure of the enterprise is relatively clear.The flat management and project management are adopted to strengthen the control of branch companies and engineering projects.However,in the actual management process,due to the characteristics of construction industry management and production management,the internal control environment and risk assessment of the construction group are limited.Control activities,information communication and other aspects still have a lot of room for improvement.According to the five elements of internal control and the characteristics of internal control of construction enterprises,combined with the business model and enterprise objectives of Y Construction Group,the paper discusses how to optimize the internal control environment,risk assessment,internal control activities,information and communication.In order to improve the internal control system of Y Building Group and achieve good results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the monitoring and control methods in order to make Y Building Group develop healthily.
