| With the continuous development of the development strategy of "one belt and one road",heavy haul railway has developed rapidly.However,the unique transport mode of heavy haul railway makes wheel rail wear continuously,especially for fixed frog with "harmful space".The damage is very serious and the workload of line maintenance and repair is huge.Therefore,the wear law of fixed frog and the profile matching between wheels and forks become the key issues in the research field of wheel-rail relationship.On the basis of reading and referring to the research data of rail wear mechanism and wheel-rail contact matching analysis at home and abroad,aiming at the serious problem of wear and tear of fixed frog on Daqin heavy-haul line,this paper studies the wheel and fixed frog of locomotive and rolling stock based on the finite element method,using the data of key cross sections of frog and the profile of locomotive and rolling stock wheels measured by wheel-rail profiling meter in situ.The problem of contact matching provides certain theoretical guidance for the further optimization of frog profile,and prolongs the life of frog to a certain extent.The main research work is as follows:(1)Three-dimensional elastic-plastic contact finite element model of locomotive wheels with different wear degrees is established to analyze the distribution of contact spot shape and position,contact spot area,contact track and equivalent stress when wheel and frog are in contact with different key sections.According to the contact state of wheels with different wear degrees and frogs,the wheel and frog are summarized.The contact trajectory of fork contact is analyzed,and the influence of different fork profiles on the wear and tear of frog is analyzed.By comparing the dynamic load with the static load,the contact spot shape and position and the distribution of contact normal force are analyzed,and the wear law of frog is summarized.(2)A three-dimensional elastic-plastic contact finite element model of wagon wheels with different wear degrees matching standard and wear frog is established.The distribution of contact spot shape and location,contact spot area and equivalent stress at different key positions of wheel and frog are analyzed.The contact effect of vehicle wheels with different wear degrees on frog is summarized.The influence of wheels on frog wear under different axle loads is analyzed.(3)By comparing the distribution of equivalent stress and transition position ofdifferent locomotive and vehicle wheels in contact with different frogs,it is analyzed which type of wheel has greater wear effect on frogs.The position distribution of contact spot,contact spot shape and contact normal force of false wheel flange wheels in contact with frogs are analyzed.The wear law of false wheel flange wheels on frogs is summarized,and some suggestions for frog repair are put forward. |
