Urban Integrated Energy Planning Method And Application Research

The traditional energy structure and energy system are far from meeting the needs of sustainable development of mankind.This is the consensus of global development that innovative energy transformation is necessary to ensure steady social development and continuous improvement of people’s production level.In new energy technology,information technology,Internet technology and jointly promote the global carbon emission reduction pressure,promote energy change,adjust the energy structure,reduce energy consumption,energy efficiency has become the world’s countries energy transformation,effective way to realize the fundamental for the sustainable development of energy,and trends of urban energy change is coming step by step.Planning is a tool to solve the functional and spatial correspondence of cities,energy and transportation,etc.,while for traditional energy networks,a simple linear planning method is adopted.Nowadays,with the increasing diversity of energy resources,layered information flow and the emergence of new Internet technologies,the traditional energy network has become huge,disordered,changeable and full of uncertainty,and the existing methods are difficult to deduce and predict its development trend.In view of this,this thesis takes the construction of urban smart energy as the goal,studies the characteristics of multi-type energy fusion as the basis,and proposes a"three-layer,two-center" urban comprehensive energy planning method based on the theory of complex adaptive system.By means of hierarchical planning and feature fusion,the closed-loop planning process from energy status analysis--energy supply and demand balance analysis--energy planning scheme formulation is realized.Finally,this paper takes hangyue science and technology industrial park as the research object and conducts empirical research based on the research results to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the method.This paper provides a reference for the in-depth study of urban comprehensive energy planning theory and practical construction under the background of energy reform.
