Research On The Financial Risks Of Listed Airlines In My Country

With the development of economy and technology,air transport has become an important way of transportation.Obtained fast development,China’s air transport growing influence on the air transport market.However,the air transportation industry in China still faces many problems and challenges.In recent years,because ignore the financial risk management,domestic airlines have been hit hard financial risk.Therefore,effectively guard against financial risks is especially important.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign financial risk literature,annual report and other data,combined with operating conditions of China’s listed airlines in nearly five years of,analyzing the financial risk problem of our country listed airlines.In this paper,we read the civil aviation announcement of the past five years to analyze the development of air transport industry in China.We read the nearly five year in 2012-2016 annual report data of listed airline in China to analyze its funding risk,investment risk,operating income distribution risk and earnings risk,and than we understand the financial risks of listed airlines in China.Through comparing the financial risks of Singapore airlines and China southern airlines company to understand the disadvantage of the listed airlines in China.Using the efficacy coefficient method to early wa rning and analyzing the financial risks in 2016,using the z-score model and F score model long-term to warning and analyzing the financial risks in 2012-2016.Based on the the insolvency risk,investment risk,operation risk,income distribution risk and profit risk,we analyze the cause of the financial risk of listed airlines in our country,puts forward related countermeasures to prevent listed airlines financial risk.By analyzing the risks of listed airlines in our country,draws the following conclusion:there are many financial risk of listed airlines in China,financing risk and investment risk in our country is worst.Listed airline’s solvency risk is too high,excessive use of financial leverage and exchange rate risk is bigger,these make isted airlines in china in a greater risk of financing.The way of investment is singleness,the investment scale is larger and input-output efficiency is lower,these make listed airlines in China exist a greater risk of investment.Oil risk and profit distribution risk makes listed airlines in China in a big financial risk.Based on the financial risk of listed airlines in China,put forward the perfect measures:control the scale of sheet,control the scale of investment,increase the way of financing,reduce the risk of jet fuel,reduce the risk of exchange rate and strengthen the internal control,etc...
