In order to actively implement the requirements of the "Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan(2012-2020)"(abbreviated as "Planning" in this article),China will further promote the continuous improvement of the fuel economy of passenger vehicles in China.In 2012,China's Ministry of Information Technology and Industry organized The National Automobile Standards Commission initiated the formulation of the fourth-phase fuel consumption standard for passenger vehicles in China(2016-2020).In January 2016,China's fourth-phase standard scheme for controlling fuel consumption for automobiles was officially implemented in the“Limit of Fuel Consumption for Passenger Vehicles"(GB19578-2014).During this period,the government implemented tax incentives for all car companies that met this stage's fuel limit standards,reducing global energy supply,environmental protection and the pressure of a harmonious automobile society.It can be seen that the automobile's "energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction" has become an important trend in the ongoing development of China's auto industry during the current,Thirteenth Five-Year" period and even in the future.The fuel consumption as an important indicator to measure the level of car performance,which relates to the overall reliability of the car,safety and environmental protection.Based on this,this study focuses on China's current "fourth phase of passenger car fuel consumption evaluation methods and indicators" and the national energy-saving subsidies related policies,combined with a car company A model status,with reference to the current domestic and international definitions of fuel economy and Evaluation rules,set up an analysis model of vehicle fuel consumption optimization under NEDC cycle conditions,respectively,through the analysis of engine performance optimization,existing engine upgrades,and user fuel consumption differences,and further use of DOE test design related theory to verify the orthogonal test method and the suction factor test The Necessity and Feasibility of the Method in Automobile Fuel Consumption Optimization Experiment Research.Combined with the basic concepts,principles,processes and strategies of DOE test design,in the automotive fuel consumption optimization test case study analysis section,this test design proposal is based on clear test issues,screening fuel consumption influencing factors,significant factors Minitab screening and comparison,rapid index approach,DOE Factorial factorial test,regression test and robust design of the seven basic processes,through the analysis of the results of two different tests before and after,identified three major factors affecting the car's fuel consumption,namely tires,gearboxes and lubricants.In this regard,this study believes that the following measures should be taken to optimize the overall car,reduce fuel consumption,and improve overall performance:(1)Vehicle shape design optimization,reducing vehicle wind resistance;(2)Develop new energy-efficient engines,reduce vehicle energy consumption,improve(3)Optimize the speed ratio of the car transmission to ensure that the car stays within a reasonable working range during the running of the car;(4)Reduce the tire rolling of the car by using the green low resistance tire and the lightweight design of the tire And to accelerate the running resistance;(5)Optimize the relevant components in the engine compartment of the car engine to reduce engine room energy consumption and internal wind resistance,and improve the internal cooling module work efficiency;(6)Introduce advanced ISS idle start and stop control technology and The calibration procedure of the automotive EFI system is reasonably adjusted to minimize the reactive power loss of the vehicle.(7)Optimize the adjustment of the automotive lubricant labeling and catalytic package design.Finally,through multi-factor analysis and multi-index optimization,experimental studies have shown that the vehicle's fuel consumption is reduced to regulation reqirement,which achieves the purpose of anticipatory test optimization,reduces vehicle fuel consumption,and enhances vehicle integration.Running performance.
