Company A is a domestic famous automotive components manufacturer which has a high market share.In the face of increasing fierce competition in the industry,Company A must focus on the important existing customers and maintain market share which already possess,and has to turn its focus to the direction of "perfect and strongest".Based on the actual business situation of Company A,this article establishes the specific customer satisfaction analysis model,to determine the various influence factors of customer satisfaction,and uses AHP to determine the impact of each factor on customer satisfaction.Based on the results of analysis from the designed questionnaire,this article gives some suggestions to improve customer satisfaction management of company A to make the conclusion of this research has the stronger operability and more practical to provide method and theory support for the enterprise.This paper mainly includes the following contents:first of all,it reviews the related theory of customer satisfaction,which provides a theoretical basis for constructing A company's customer satisfaction evaluation model.Secondly,combined with company A's actual situation,we construct a more comprehensive customer satisfaction evaluation index system that conforms to market development.Again,questionnaires were used to collect customer satisfaction sample data,and statistical analysis was made according to these data.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper proposes the solutions and suggestions for the improvement of customer satisfaction of Company A.This paper hopes that through the research on customer satisfaction,it can play an important role in the development of Company A,promote the management and profitability of Company A,and effectively enhance the competitiveness of the company.
