Now China's rail transit is developing rapidly.With the rapid development of rail transit,the safety issue of rail transit is getting more and more attention.Due to the failure of rolling bearing,the nonlinear rule is presented,regular maintenance is difficult to avoid failure.Real-time monitoring of rolling bearing can reduce the probability of failure and save labor cost.Therefore,it is necessary to detect and diagnose the rolling bearing.Rolling bearings are widely used,but its signal characteristics are not stable enough,and it is susceptible to noise,therefore,appropriate signal extraction method is needed to ensure safe and smooth running of rolling bearing.For the intelligent diagnostic requirements of rolling bearings,the fault monitoring and diagnosis system of rolling bearing is designed.Combine the software and hardware through programming,configuration hardware system implementation and fault diagnosis interface analysis function,and the identification algorithm of fault diagnosis is analyzed.Write fault diagnosis interface in the upper computer to realize the waveform display and fault identification of the real-time vibration signal of rolling bearing.Collect vibration signal of rolling bearing and pretreated the vibration signal,input the vibration signal into the real-time controller,the embedded measurement and control device connects the controller and the upper computer through Ethernet communication to build communication channel.The upper computer uses LabVIEW programming,the vibration data is transmitted to the upper computer for waveform display,storage and processing analysis,then start the MATLAB through MATLAB Script,run the wavelet packet transform program to extract the fault eigenvector of rolling bearing,the extracted feature vector is used as input to the diagnostic model.Through the simulation,the system can realize the transmission of vibration signal and fault type identification of rolling bearing in real time,and the system has a flexible and friendly interface.
