With the development of information society,household appliances are increasingly appearing in people's lives.The ultimate goal of all these development is to provide a comfortable,quiet,convenient,efficient and safe living environment for humans.The noise is caused by the vibration of the drum washing machine.There are usually cylindrical member,in the high speed centrifugal drying,offset of center of mass production,caused by the cylindrical member of beat vibration noise generated;the unreasonable design of the bearing clearance,resulting in bearing lock,motor end force drive,noise;shaft deflection is too large,the vibration and noise caused by the pressure is;the design and the operation of the whole frequency frequency resonance,the resonance caused by noise;and the assembly gap in the washing machine drying,two parts collision noise etc..Therefore,based on the drum washing machine,vibration source bearing housing,the front tub,the back tub,Top CTW,Front CTW,motor,pulley,bearing,Spider,Basket,spring,damper parts production,analysis.According to the design points of the drum washing machine,the paper analyses the source of vibration for the assembly relationship of the tub parts at the speed of 1400 rpm.According to the various parts of the tub part,the centroid coordinates of the empty load are calculated.According to the centroid coordinates of no-load,full load calculation,a centroid coordinate condition.The centroid coordinates shift of the three working conditions is checked to determine the position of the suspension point of the stretch spring.According to the shift of the center of mass,the influence of the vibration source on the tension spring and the shock absorber is analyzed.Springs and dampers,both of which have a comprehensive effect on the tub components.At the same time,according to the vibration source,the bearing life calculation,the shaft and spider checked by ANSYS.And,at 0 to 1400 rotating conditions,the center of mass shift that the generated excitation frequency to the natural frequency analysis of the cabin.According to the result of Cabin analysis,the press type of box is changed and the depth of the press is adjusted.The natural frequency of the box is raised to more than 29 Hz in accordance with the 1400 rpm.According to the COG analysis result of the plastic drum,it is ensured that the position of the COG and Spring are the same?At the same time,the relationship between spring and damper is selected,and spring is selected to avoid noise.Then,according to the results of strength analysis,the structure improvement scheme of the Spider is given.Through CAE simulation,the allowable stress is reduced from 105 MPa to 77 MPa.Last,according to the ISO recommendation R281,the selection and check of bearing.For ensure that the bearing can service life of 8 years.The design method of vibration reduction and noise reduction of the washing machine is determined according to the results of the solid frequency analysis of the cabin,the analysis result of the plastic drum COG,the analysis result of the spider and the selection method of the bearing.
