With the continuous development of urban rail transit in many cities in China, the rail network structures have formed gradually and become more and more complex. In order to give full play to the network operation benefit and ensure its high-efficiency and reliability, the network operation schedule need to be coordinated directed by the distribution of passenger flow and based on passengers' demand.Based on the actual background and demand of network operation, this paper takes a series of related research on the strategies, models and methods for the coordination of network operation schedule. The main research work including:(1)The theoretical analysis of the network operation schedule coordination.According to the theories of management and systematics, the basic concept of the coordinative optimization of the network operation schedule is described clearly. The target and strategy in different period are analyzed.Meanwhile, the transfer stations are divided into three types, and the quantity of the transfer relationship are discussed. On the basis, the status of connection between trains are studied.(2)The analysis of network transfer passenger flow.A calculation method of the transfer passenger flow based on the ratio and path of fare clearing and the AFC data is proposed.Based on this, the distribution of transfer passenger in non-peak hours are analyzed. As for end of operation period, this paper studies the IC card swap data and taxi operation data matching into transfer stations and combining with the operation schedule, aiming to find out the potential transfer passenger flow. The transfer passenger flow and the potential transfer passenger flow can be the basis of network operation schedule coordination.(3)Modeling of network operation schedule coordination in non-peak hours. The degree of significance of transfer relationship is put forward based on the significance of transfer station and the distribution of the transfer passenger flow.Based on this, this paper establishes two models and designs the solving algorithm relatively from the point of achieving the global optimization and achieving the significant transfer relationship, aiming to minimize the transfer waiting time.Besides, the case studies based on MATLAB are carried out.(4)Modeling of network operation schedule coordination in the end of operation period.Taken the potential transfer demand and the operational cost into account, this paper establishes a bi-objective model of network operation schedule coordination. The bi-objective model is changed into a single objective model by using the subjection function and the linear weighting method.Furthermore, the solving algorithm is designed on the basis of the SA.The main innovations are:(1)The degree of significance of transfer relationship is put forward based on the significance of transfer station and the distribution of the transfer passenger flow.(2)The concept of potential transfer passenger flow is put forward. This paper studies the IC card swap data and taxi operational data matching into transfer stations and combining with the operation schedule, aiming to figure out the potential transfer passenger flow.(3)This paper establishes two models and designs the solving algorithms relatively from the point of achieving the global optimization and achieving the significant transfer relationship.(4)Taken the potential transfer demand and the operational cost into account, this paper establishes a bi-objective model of network operation schedule coordination. The results can provide significant theoretical basis and practical methods for network operation schedule coordination to improve the quality and efficiency of network operation management. The results also have great significance to achieve the social and economic benefit of urban rail transit with good application prospects and values.
