The underwater war is an important link in modern three-dimensional warfare.With the increasing threat to the marine environment and the threat of future threats,we need to develop a more powerful underwater warfare weapon with higher hit rate.The military powers,such as Russia,the United States and the United States,attach great importance to the application of underwater launching platform in modern three-dimensional warfare,and its potential operational effectiveness is becoming more and more obvious.Because of the complex water environment and various variables,there are various problems in underwater emission.Therefore,this paper designs a set of underwater swing simulation test equipment,and carries out the research on the underwater launch test of the weapon.First,according to the given initial parameters,we use SIMULINK software to model and simulate the interior ballistics process,change the loading conditions and carry out the simulation test,and analyze the simulation results.Secondly,according to the given test parameters and the size parameters of the simulated projectile,the preliminary structural design of the test device is carried out.The motion condition and force of the underwater swaying launch test device are analyzed,the basic structure and working process of the test device are determined,and the three-dimensional model design of the whole test device is designed,and the driving motor is initially selected.Thirdly,the force condition of the device working(swinging)is simulated and analyzed.The test device model is imported into the ANSYS software,and the dynamic grid technology is applied to simulate the stress state of the launcher in swing state,so as to verify the applicability of the selected motor.Finally,under the TwinCAT platform,a control system is developed to meet the requirements of underwater swing launcher,and the corresponding test is carried out.The test results show that the whole device and control system has good reliability and applicability,and can meet all the technical requirements of underwater swaying simulation launch test,and it has a certain role in promoting the research of underwater launching of weapons.
