With the system of large weapon becoming more and more complicated,and the number of the cable is more and more used,therefore,the demand of the intelligent level of the cable power parameter detection is getting higher and higher.As the core system of Cable fault diagnosis system,the Intelligent detection system of cable electrical parameter makes great significance on ensuring the normal operation of Large weapon equipment.In this paper,the detection system is established by the combination of the lower computer system and the PC.The lower computer system uses STM32 as the control core,and designs The high voltage DC power supply module,the insulation and guide resistance detection circuit,the decoder drive circuit,the relay matrix circuit,etc.The software of the lower computer system is programmed in a readable and portable C language to realize the functions of Serial communication,A/D conversion,I/O output,Data processing and so on.The software of The upper computer system is programmed based on VC++ 6.0 compiler platform,the main design including Communication module,Data processing,the DAO database,the human-computer interaction interface,Save/print results,the module of switch in both Chinese and English and so on.The upper computer system communicates with the lower computer system through serial port.On the basis of studying several resistance detection methods,the voltage current method is adopted to detect cable insulation resistance and guide resistance.For insulation resistance testing,adopts the single-ended anti-shock type DC-DC transformer power supply topology combination of Double voltage rectifier circuit to design high voltage DC power supply,the voltage of +12V is the output of 250V,500V,1000V and 2000V.Due to the cable with too many core,the relay matrix circuit is designed to avoid leakage,retest and other problems,and improve automation and intelligence.In view of the problems of the circuit interface of relay matrix,a decoder drive circuit is designed to extend the I/O port of the single chip.Based on the error of internal resistance of the system,the influence of the internal resistance of the system on the test results of the insulation/guide resistance is discovered by the experiment.For guide resistance detection,the internal resistance of the system shows constant value for the guide resistance detection,which is obtained through the experimental method,and the test results of the guide resistance is corrected.For insulation resistance detection,the system internal resistance and insulation resistance are linear,and the system error is compensated for by the least squares algorithm.An experiment is designed in this paper to detect the design requirement of high-voltage DC power supply and Cable electric parameter intelligent detection system.The result shows that the design of the detection system can better complete electrical parameter detection.In view of the problems of long detection time,due to the cable witih too many cores,the way of the Fault tree and FMECA analysis is used to analyze the potential failure of the cable.According to the analysis results,the rapid diagnosis system of cable fault is designed by STM32 and CPLD,and conduct experimental verification.The experiment shows that the designed cable fault diagnosis system can meet the expected requirement.
