The general purpose machine gun is the main objective crew served weapons of the current army equipment in all countries.Light weighting and equipping in a car for multipurpose using are the main trend of general purpose machine gun development in recent years.The light weight of the general purpose machine gun will exacerbate the structure vibration at the time of the launch.The vehicle of the general purpose machine gun for multipurpose using also faces the technical problems that the gun controlling and shooting angle stabling.Analyze the response characteristics of the general purpose machine gun when using on land and study the vehicle control scheme of the general purpose machine gun can meet the military demand and have great value.A method of measuring the muzzle vibration parameters in the three-dimensional direction of space by single high-speed photogrammetry is presented.Using this method,the muzzle vibration response of a typical general machine gun is measured under sandbag and soil ground conditions.The vibration displacement of gun muzzle in high and low direction and horizontal direction under two kinds of ground conditions is analyzed,and the possible reasons for the phenomenon are analyzed.Calculate the projectile dispersion of the general purpose machine gun according to the impact position.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the instantaneous displacement of the muzzle and the dropping point of the projectile,the location of the projectile in the high and horizontal directions is positively related to the vibration displacement of the muzzle in the high and horizontal directions.The rigid flexible coupling model of the general purpose machine gun launching system is established,and the effect of ground conditions and gunmen on the response characteristics of the general machine gun launches is considered.The simulation parameters are changed to simulate the launching vibration response of the general purpose machine gun launching system under the sand bag ground condition and soil ground condition.The vibration displacement curves of muzzle in high and horizontal directions are analyzed,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Combined with the exterior ballistic model to predict the impact position,the simulated projectile dispersion and test the projectile dispersion is consistent.According to the actual combat situation of the general purpose machine gun control frame will face,gives the design index of the gun control frame.Put forward a control scheme for gun control frame,the completion of the program and the structural design of the control stack.Put forward an overall plan of the gun control frame,complete the structure design of the gun control frame.The mechanical analysis of the structural scheme is carried out,and the selection of the servo motor and the reducer is carried out.The research of gun control frame position servo control is carried out,and the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and driver is established.On this basis,using the closed loop PID control algorithm to control the gun control frame's position.The gun control frame's joint simulation model of mechanical and control of position servo control is established by using Matlab/Simulink and Adams.The simulation results show that the servo system can quickly and accurately adjust the shooting angle of the general purpose machine gun.As the general purpose machine gun carries on the vehicle,introduces the pavement interference in the simulation.The simulation shows that the position servo control system can stabilize the shooting angle of the general purpose machine gun well and achieve stable control shooting.
