With the rapid development of communication technology,the electronic countermeasure become more and more intense.On the one hand,due to the rapid updating of the radar systems and the continuous emergence of new types of radars,the effective new jamming methods are important particularly.On the other hand,how to effectively improve the anti-jamming ability is the interesting research in radar systems in the face of traditional interference methods.Therefore,it is very meaningful to research on jamming technology and anti-jamming technology to score a success in the electronic countermeasure.The time-modulated antenna is a new antenna array based on phased-array antenna.It takes advantage of the switch,which each antenna unit connected to,to control the amplitude and phase of the array.Time-modulated antenna can save the attenuator and the phase shifter,which can also realize the shaping of patterns such as a low or ultra-low sidelobe.While the time-modulated antenna yields the center frequency,the harmonic frequencies can be generated at the same time and realize more functions such as beam scanning without phase shifters,which still has a great development space at present.This paper mainly studies the applications of time-modulated antenna in the jamming technology and anti-jamming technology.In the second chapter,starting with the basic theory of phased array antenna,the definition of modulation modes and beam scanning method of time-modulated antenna are introduced in detail.Then in the third chapter,multi-beam jamming,a new effective mode of anti-jamming technology,is proposed by using the single weight vector algorithm of the linear constrained eigencanceler.The wolf pack algorithm is also adopted to suppress the sidelobe and increase the interference efficiency.Finally in the fourth chapter,using the covariance matrix reconstruction algorithm to realize the null broadening is proposed;the time modulation is applied to the retro-directive array.In the operating frequency,the retro-directive beam can be formed;in the harmonic frequency,the self-null steering can be realized by the time modulation on the phase weighting of the beam,which can improve abilities of anti-jamming effectively.
