| The gas regulator is a step-down and voltage-regulating device in the natural gas transmission and distribution process.It plays an important role in the pipe network system.Its operating conditions are normal or not and what kind of failures exist directly affect the safety of gas transmission and distribution systems.High-medium regulators must ensure safe and reliable operation and eliminate major safety hazards,otherwise they will directly affect the gas supply in the downstream regions.Therefore,study the failure characteristics of high-medium gas regulators,identify the different characteristics of the regulators under normal and fault conditions through the use of certain technical means,study effective methods for assessing the operating status of the regulators,find faults in time and realize early warning and intelligent alarms,are of great significance in ensuring the normal operation of equipment and achieving safe production and operation.This paper first studies the mechanism of high-pressure regulator,analyzes the energy conservation relationship,important technical parameters and dynamic performance of the gas before and after the pressure regulator,and summarizes the common fault types and processing methods on the basis of extensive research.By analyzing the historical operating data of a typical high-medium regulating station,that is,the analysis of the outlet pressure and flow,especially the data of the demonstration station,the wavelet packet energy value analysis of the outlet pressure and load pressure,the fault performance characteristics are extracted and used as the core algorithm of online security warning software design flow.Based on this,combined with the experience of a large number of data analysis,the calculation of the voltage regulator index and the correlation coefficient have been added,and the software design flow chart has been completed.This flow chart describes the reading,completion,and screening of data,and the judgment of the type of failures and the issuance of early warning.It can basically realize the function of judging the main running branch and performing online safety early warning.The software is used to perform offline tests on the case data of the demonstration station that may be faulty,and the software design is adjusted based on the analysis results.After the software is installed on the line,the similarities and differences between the test results and the actual situation are analyzed,and the optimization thinking is summarized.What is said above is of great significance to the further optimization and perfection of the high-medium regulator online safety warning system. |
