With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous increase of the demand for social electricity,equipment updating and capacity expansion are required.And as the power grid relay and substation expansion project,the fault current faults in the expansion will increase,in order to ensure the safety of the substation grounding grid,must transform the old grounding grid,to ensure that the grounding resistance in the safe range,otherwise it will give the power plant safe operation lay hidden。In this article,110kV urban substation grounding grid transformation is aimded at,through the field of 110kV urban substation survey,theoretical analysis and experimental research work,the main problems existing in soil with the characteristics of the region and its grounding system,find effective optimization method for the substation grounding grid。This paper introduced the present situation of the ground network transformation research,pointed out that network transformation problems of our earth.Then described the structure and key physical grounding grid,in particular analysis of the grounding resistance,step and touch voltage calculations.And discussed the unequal spacing arrangement,expanding grounding grid area,electrolytic ground level and deep grounding resistance reducing measures,as well as some grounding grid corrosion and protection methods.On this basis of the above,measuring the related data of 110kV Nankeng substation grounding grid,considering the cost of the actual situation and a variety of resistance reduction method,developed substation grounding network transformation program.The plan through the selection of good thermal stability,high electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance of copper grounding,which is connected with advanced technology and exothermic welding spacing grid grid and deep well grounding measures to effectively reduce the grounding resistance..Upon examination,Nankeng rebuilt substation grounding grid to meet the design requirements,and formed a set of program design,process and method of laying urban substation grounding grid,also provide a reference for other substation grounding grid transformation.
