In recent years,with the urgent need for the production cost,manufacturing cycle and performance of manufacturing of large-sized dense metal parts in rail transit,ships,aerospace,etc.,arc additive manufacturing stands out,which uses arcs of high heat input as a heat source by the layer-by-layer surfacing manufacturing,and has the advantages of simple mechanical equipment,easy rapid forming,and good welding and forming.Therefore,it has the incomparable advantage in low-cost,large-sized and complex components.In this paper,the research on layered slicing,control system design,process parameters and metal molded parts printing of arc additive is carried out.Firstly,the technology is systematically understood and analyzed,and the difficulties are fully understood.The slicing algorithm is studied for the common STL data model in this technology.The STL file is read,displayed,stored in the data,and a layered slice algorithm with layer thickness is improved for the STL triangle patch.The layering efficiency is improved,and the hierarchical contour data processing is stored in the G command text.Secondly,through the understanding and understanding of the TRIO motion controller,the design and implementation of the printing system based on the TRIO controller is realized,which can meet the requirements of basic metal printing.The main work is on the selection and construction of hardware,the realization of software functions,and its software functions include zero return,single-axis motion,real-time print control,and monitoring of main information and arc welder control.Finally,the experimental parameters of the process are carried out under the system.The main content is to determine the single-layer single-channel process parameter interval by experiment,and to analyze its accuracy and explore its relationship with welding current,spinning speed and welding speed.On this basis,the functional relationship between the multi-layer single-channel process parameters and the forming dimensions is established,and the influence of the process parameters on the forming dimensions is analyzed.Select the appropriate process parameters for multi-layer multi-channel metal forming experiments and solve the main problems.
