The Application Of Interesting Graphics In The Design Of Children's Food Packaging

With the continuous development of social economy,people’s demand for the aspects of aesthetic and spirit of food packaging is increasing.Researches show that,in China food market,the majority of consumers are purchasing goods for children.So in order to attract more children to consume,designers have incorporated many interesting elements in food packaging,such as vivid and interesting graphics,bright colors,exaggerated modeling,etc.to attract children’s attention.As the most important visual element in packaging,graphics play an important role in the design of children’s food packaging.Based on the interesting graphics,through the concrete case analyzes its manifestation on children’s food packaging,children’s consumption psychology and cognition of the interesting graphics in different age groups.Then this paper further summarizes the methods of using interesting graphics when design children’s food packaging.Interesting graphics are better used in children’s food packaging by cartoon image design,educational games design,humanized design,emotional dimension and safety.These methods are aimed at attracting children’s attention,meet children’s psychological needs of consumption and make them happy and impressive so as to achieve the purpose of consumption.
