Although China's textile industry has gradually approached the international level in terms of technology,there is still a large gap in industrial design,resulting in low product added value and low corporate profit margins.Although some textile companies have realized the importance of industrial design and have made initial attempts,they are still staying at the level of solving the appearance and decoration,lack of systematic thinking,and have not thoroughly analyzed the relationship between various design elements,resulting in lack of design in accordance with.Textile equipment modeling design is a systematic project,and the hierarchical relationship between design elements needs to be clarified according to actual needs,so that the design behavior forms a continuous and coherent whole.The purpose of this article is to research and explore a design method,which can analyze the product aesthetic system,human-machine-environment system,and product performance system from the overall point of view,and decompose high-level into low-level,and decompose each system into parts.To conduct independent research and analyze design issues in depth;then integrate sub-problems at various levels between multiple systems to obtain a reconstruction plan for the overall product design;and finally,make the overall product design into an organic whole,so that the design is optimal,This article first expounds the important practical significance of introducing systematic thinking into the design of textile equipment design through investigation and analysis of the current status of domestic and foreign textile equipment design and related theoretical research.Then put forward a specific method of integrating systematic design ideas into the design of textile machinery equipment modeling,that is,the analysis-integration-reconstruction method.Through analysis,a clear and clear analysis of complex textile machinery equipment design issues is made,that is,the analysis of product aesthetics system(form),product performance system(function),and human-machine-environment system(people-oriented).Revert to the element level,understand the fine structure of the product,clarify the essential issues,and propose the corresponding improvement directions.After completing the analysis,combined with the knowledge of design aesthetics,ergonomics,material processing technology,etc.,using systematic design ideas,re-identify,define,and establish sub-problems at all levels,and integrate and continue according to visual symbols.Function and form integration design approach integrates design issues.Finally,the overall modeling design of the textile machinery is partially reconstructed to complete the design practice.Based on this,combined with the practice of the actual design project of the ZW2785 hot air bonding machine of Hengtian Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,the importance of establishing a multi-level structural hierarchy between design elements to guide the design is demonstrated.Through subject research,the level design,integration,and reconstruction of textile machinery equipment design problems are established,and based on existing problems and functions,a hierarchical relationship between elements and elements,and elements and systems is established,so that each element reflects the emergence of the system And organization,make the overall shape of the product form an organic whole,realize the humanization of the design,optimize the allocation of corporate resources,and provide a new direction for the research on the design of textile equipment modeling.
