The Formulation Of 450g/L Prochloraz Water Emulsion Was Developed

Prochloraz is a high efficiency,low toxicity,spectrum imidazoles fungicide developed by bayer company in 1977,which can be used for seeds,seedling treatment and fruit preservation,but also with most fungicides,pesticides,herbicides and other pesticides with the combination.In China,Prochloraz is one of the fungicide varieties with large area of use and many prevention and control targets.It is one of the products jointly promoted by the agricultural technology extension center of the ministry of agriculture and one of the varieties of rice blast purchased by the government.Prochloraz products have wide application range and broad market prospect,but they have the defects of aging dosage form and single structure.At present,the main dosage form on the market is 25% imidine emulsion.Minxian amine water emulsion is a water-based pesticide preparation with water as solvent,which meets the market and ecological needs.The composition,formulation and properties of water emulsion were studied in detail.The solvent,surfactant,antifreeze,thickening agent and other additives in the formula of water emulsion were screened successfully,and 450 g/L Prochloraz water emulsion was developed.Finally,the optimal formula was determined: Prochloraz 450g/L,150# solvent oil(20%),high-efficiency water-emulsion emulsifier sd-ew-m4(4%),antifreeze agent(8%),xanthan gum 0.04%,defoaming agent SAG1522,the amount of which was added to 100% after removal from water.The performance and biological activity of the homemade products were compared with those of the same specification of the commercial products of fumeishi,and it was found that the bactericidal effect on rice,grape,peach tree,wheat and other crops was similar or slightly better.
