Water is an important living resource for human beings.In recent years,the pollution of water resources in the world has become more and more serious,and the domestic water environment is also not optimistic.To cope with this situation,various water pollution prevention and control measures have been put forward,among which the surface water quality detection link is an important gateway for water pollution prevention and control work.There are many kinds of modern water quality detection methods.In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional water quality detection methods,this paper chooses a new water quality detection system based on spectral method as the starting point to achieve the design objectives of fast detection,simplification of operation and maintenance,prevention of pollution and assurance of accuracy,and carries out the design and implementation of a multi-parameter water quality detection system with dual-spectral fusion.The design of multi-parameter detection system for water quality based on dual-spectral fusion is divided into two parts: hardware structure design and software system design.In the design of hardware structure,optical software is used to simulate and analyze the structure of dual-light-source fusion optical path,and the corresponding mechanical structure with reference function,variable optical path and dual-light-source fusion detection is designed.At the same time,STM32 microcontroller is used as the control core,and the control circuit with switch control,data transmission and communication functions is designed.Various programs are designed to realize the functions of spectrum detection,flow control,data acquisition and communication,spectral data pre-processing,water quality parameter modeling and prediction,etc.in order to complete the multi-parameter detection process of water quality.According to the design scheme,the prototype of water quality multi-parameter detection system based on dual-spectral fusion is made in this paper.The performance and accuracy of the prototype are tested by selecting many actual water samples from local lakes and rivers.The performance and accuracy of the prototype meet the design criteria.The practical results show that the dual-spectral fusion water quality multi-parameter detection system has certain research value and application prospects.
