The infiltration line is an important factor that affects the stability of the tailings dam.The location of the infiltration line varies with the impact of rainfall and groundwater runoff. However, the location of the infiltration line of the tailings dam and the change of the infiltration line of the tailings dam under rainfall conditions,Has been an important problem in engineering and academia. This article takes the No.1 tailings dam of Yuanjiang Nickel Mine in Yunnan as an example, using GMS software to establish the groundwater flow model of the tailings reservoir, considering the regional groundwater runoff, rainfall infiltration, and reservoir area.On the basis of the catchment area, the groundwater infiltration line of the tailings dam is simulated and fitted with the measured infiltration line of the tailings dam,and the prediction of the infiltration line of the tailings dam under extremely heavy rain conditions is made, and then the tailings dam Numerical simulation of infiltration lines with different elevations.Based on the GMS three-dimensional simulated infiltration line, the limit equilibrium method was used to analyze the stability of the tailings dam under different elevation infiltration lines, and the relationship between the elevation of the infiltration line and the stability coefficient of the tailings dam was obtained. For every 1m increase, the stability factor(FS)decreases by 0.010 ? 0.035,and the percentage of decrease is 0.76% ? 2.27%.The sensitivity analysis of the physical and mechanical parameters of the tailings dam and the stability coefficient of the tailings dam was conducted with and without seepage, and the sensitivity rankings were obtained respectively.Under the action of seepage: internal friction angle> natural bulk density> viscosity The force, under the action of non-seepage flow: internal friction angle> cohesion> natural bulk density.Without considering the seepage effect and considering the seepage effect, the sensitivity order of vertical seismic acceleration and horizontal seismic acceleration and tailing dam stability coefficient is: horizontal seismic acceleration> vertical seismic acceleration. The GTS NX software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the current accumulation(1741.70m)and final accumulation(1746m)of the tailings dam,and then the FLAC3 D finite difference software was used to consider the natural stress state and fluid-solid coupling Carry out simulation calculations to obtain the displacement distribution cloud map and stress-strain distribution cloud map of the tailings dam respectively.
