With the development and progress of the society,the development of the world energy as a drive,propellant,has played a huge role,in which coal is main energy in the once,but in recent years,the coal enterprise is faced with a series of survival challenge,from ten years of the cold winter to the reform of the Internet,on one side,hydropower,wind energy,solar energy and other clean energy and the impact of the represented by nuclear energy efficient energy,on the other side is foreign high-quality coal enterprises on the market,the domestic coal enterprises can be said to be under attack.The original extensive coal production mode of Chinese coal enterprises can no longer meet the requirements of sustainable economic development under the new situation,and the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution also restrict the development of traditional coal enterprises.In such a severe environment,Chinese coal enterprises are constantly bringing forth the new through the old and carrying out active reform.With the introduction of supply-side reform and the implementation of "One Belt And One Road" policy,new requirements are put forward for the production of coal enterprises,and the challenges are accompanied by greater opportunities.Therefore,how to give full play to the advantages and opportunities is the exploration that coal enterprises need to carry out to find a new way of life.This paper chooses an old state-owned coal enterprise ZN Group Company for analysis,uses PEST analysis method,Porter's five power models and enterprise resource capability analysis to make a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of enterprise competition,fully grasps the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of enterprises,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze and select business competition strategy.Based on the analysis of the competitive market of ZN Group's coal business,this paper concludes that the competitive strategy suitable for the enterprise is to give full play to its advantages,further enhance the core competitiveness of its products with low-cost competitive strategy,and seize greater product market space.At the same time,according to the actual situation,it puts forward the strategy of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,making full use of resources,and training talents in echelons to implement safeguard measures,so as to provide suggestions for ZN Group to become a new coal energy enterprise in the new era.At the same time,it also provides reference for other coal enterprises of the same scale and type both inside and outside the province.
