This paper is based on the research of the automatic increase and decrease material processing system for large curved thin-walled workpieces.Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing thin-walled workpieces clamping system,a new flexible clamping system suitable for the turning table is proposed.Based on the analysis of the clamping deformation of thin-walled workpieces,an optimization method for controlling the clamping deformation of thin-walled workpieces is studied.The paper mainly completed the following:The causes of the deformation of thin-walled workpieces were analyzed in detail.The design theory of fixtures was studied.The development status of related technologies of flexible tooling systems was investigated.According to the research tasks of the project,the main contents and research routes of this paper were determined.According to Non Uniform Rational B-Spline as the mathematical model,the surface is iteratively fitted,and then the joint solution with the positioning surface equation is used to obtain the accurate positioning point coordinates.Based on the design theory of unit structure,a flexible tooling system suitable for reversible workbench is designed.The ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the clamping deformation of a thin-walled workpieces with a complex curved surface.Using the parameter set option function in ANSYS software,the control variable method is studied,and several results of controlling the clamping deformation of thin-walled parts are obtained.The flexible tooling designed in this paper is suitable for the needs of turning the workbench,and plays a certain role in guaranteeing the manufacturing technology of the thin-walled workpieces with complex curved surfaces.The method of controlling the clamping deformation of thin-walled workpieces will be used as a reference for future related clamping schemes.
