| The synergy of tumor treatment methods can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of tumors.Photothermal therapy(PTT)has become a strategy of local tumor treatment due to its simpleness,convenience,rapidness and validity,which gives rise to widespread attention and rapid development.Under the irradiation of near infrared laser,photothermal-conversion agents exhibit strong absorbance and convert light energy into thermal energy in order to create high temperature to induce irreversible damage to tumor tissue.The combination of photothermal therapy and other tumor treatment methods can effectively improve the efficiency.Therefore,an intelligent tumor therapy nano-platform was constructed to realize the controllable and observable of the drug release,and the synergistic effect of chemical and photothermal therapy enhanced the tumor suppression consequence.In this work,copper sulfide nanoparticles through surface modification to construct stimulus-response and visual drug delivery system,which has high photothermal conversion performance and chemotherapy-photothermal synergistic therapy in tumor tissue.Specifically,hollow hCu2-x-x S@Au nanoparticles were prepared and bounded with disulfide bonds with glutathione(GHS)response.Carried the anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX)with the actual loading ratio of 28.4 wt%.Further,graphene quantum dots with polycarboxyl groups(MC–GODs)were employed as an access control molecule to build the hCu2-xS@Au–DOX@MC–GODs nanocomposite system.By studied the drug release behaviors in vitro,the DOX release ration of with caps(hCu2-xS@Au–DOX@MC–GODs)was lower in acidic condition compared with the without caps(hCu2-xS@Au–DOX).In addition,the release ratio reached up to 92.8%during 12 h in the presence of 20 mM GSH,high concentrations of GSH and low pH were used as stimulating factors to induce drug release.In addition,the fluorescence was quenched as MC–GODs were attached to the surface of nanomaterials and the door was closed.Nevertheless,the fluorescence could also be restored as the MC–GODs detached from the surface and the access control was opened.Therefore,MC–GODs on the surface of nanomaterisls were not only used to control molecules to regulate the release of drugs,but also served as fluorescent probes to monitor the release process of drugs.Combined with the photothermal property of the copper sulfide,the tumor treatment platform has the potential to become an excellent controllable and visible chemotherapy-photothermal synergistic cancer therapy system. |
