Subcultural phenomena have their own manifestations in different countries and at different times. In our country,as the post-90 s and post-00 s generations gradually become the main consumers of society,it has impacted on the established mainstream culture and aesthetics. In the meantime,sub-cultural phenomena representing different directions and contents have appeared in the country and triggered them one after another. The popularity of these phenomena,to some extent, reflects the trajectory of psychological activity of young people in society, manifested in physical, psychological and behavioral aspects. The phenomenon of "early cool" originates from the contradiction between the urban youth and the youth of small cities.During the process of being treated differently and seeking social recognition for a long time, the youth of small cities realized the importance of self-identification and their own experiences in Uniqueness in the social context. The "Cool" phenomenon has shown a strong vitality from intuitive clothing choices to individual aesthetics, and has aroused widespread social attention. The dissertation explores the phenomenon of "Tu Ku" and finds out its popular cause and intrinsic value.Through previous literature searches and social surveys in related fields, find out the internal relationship of "Tuku" and the public's views on it;then combine domestic and foreign cases such as "Balenciaga,Li Ning" to further discuss the "Tuku" phenomenon in line with modern times Trends. Finally, the conclusions about the "cool soil" phenomenon are given to the clothing design activities. And carry on the creative practice on this.
