On the one hand, with the development of economy, the speeding up of urbanization,China’s living garbage is growing at 10% a year, total and living garbage harmless resource utilization level is relatively insufficient, living garbage and utilization needs to be improved, and the method of landfill disposal of household garbage disposal of more than 70% of the total, while the landfill method has the advantages of low cost, simple process, but in the face of rapidly growing amount of garbage, landfill site had to be around the city to suburban development, inevitably occupy other land, such as agricultural cultivated land etc.At present our country agricultural land,on the other hand, because of the abuse ofchemical fertilizers and pesticides, resulting in a decline in soil fertility and environmental pollution,is with the soil nutrients should change this situation, combined with the two problems, this paper research content is mainly to living garbage in the dust, residue in the preparation of a rubbish soil, its late capsular can slow release of nutrients required for plant. The resources and reduction of solidwaste can meet the nutritional needs of farmland and potted flowers.Slow-release aquiculture soil is mainly made from household waste soil after drying and grinding, and a certain proportion of plant ash, phosphate ore powder and bentonite are added.Water was used as the particle binder. After ball grinding, water was mixed and stirred evenly, and the solid-liquid ratio was 1.25g/ml.Make particles by rubbing.Through experiments,wear-resisting rate, apparent porosity and soluble rate of hydrochloric acid were taken as the main targets, and the influences of the raw material ratio, calcination temperature and time in the preparation process of cultured soil particles were mainly observed. Finally, the best preparation plan was selected:garbage soil, bentonite, plant ash, apatite = 6:2:1.5:0.5.The calcination temperature preheated 400℃ final temperature 800℃ for 1 hour, and the time was 2℃ per minute.Under the best conditions, the abrasion resistance, porosity and solubility of hydrochloric acid of the cultured soil were up to the standard, and the granule stability of the cultured soil was good.In order to make the farming soil has better nutrient release effect, this study of garbage has been produced with good intensity of soil particles coated, coated material used is a mixture of chitosan and lignin, the lignin from corn straw extract, and tested by IR its specific types of lignin, and then extracting lignin from straw, also achieve solid waste utilization of straw, and reduce the cost of materials.Preparation of enveloped materials: first,1g lignin was weighed, and the mixed solution of dioxane at80% concentration was used as the solvent. The lignin solution and chitosan solution were mixed in a ratio of 1:2(mass ratio). The calcined cultured soil particles were impregnated in the envelop solution, and then placed in the oven for drying at 60℃ for1 hour, followed by air drying and cooling,to obtain the coated cultured soil.In order to study the sustained release effect of cultured soil after envelop, the soil column leaching method and water stripping method were used to test the nutrient dissolution rate respectively.Meanwhile,a series of experiments were conducted on the nutrient release effect of influencing factors such as the thickness of the envelop and the p H value in the water. The sustained release effect was best when the envelop thickness was 0.4mm and the p H value was 6.5.
