Research On Reservoir Damage And Protection Measures During Water Injection In JD Oilfield

Water injection development is one of the most widely used and widely recognized means to maintain formation pressure stability and improve oil recovery.However,in the process of water injection development,because the water quality of injection water is not up to the standard,it will cause some damage to reservoirs,so it is very important to take effective reservoir protection measures in the process of water injection development for the normal production of oilfields.Based on a large number of relevant literature investigations on reservoir damage factors during water injection,this paper analyzes the factors affecting reservoir damage during oilfield water injection.Through the pore permeability test analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis,clay mineral species analysis and pore throat radius test analysis of the core of JD oilfield,the ion composition analysis and water quality index test analysis of the injected water were carried out,and the above analysis was obtained to obtain the water storage process in JD oilfield.Potential damage factors.Through the experimental study on the influence of injected water quality on reservoir core permeability damage,the prediction of suspended particle damage to reservoir,the diagnostic equation of permeability damage mechanism and its application,the experimental study on reservoir damage caused by multi-factor interaction,the response surface analysis of multi-factor interaction on core plugging,the experimental study on prevention of water injection well plugging in JD oilfield,and the prevention of rock by water quality control.The injection water system of JD oilfield has been optimized,and the injection water quality of JD oilfield has been strictly controlled.Aiming at the klg3 reservoir of JD oilfield,a water injection protection scheme with certain reference value has been worked out.The formulation of injection water system in JD oilfield is recommended as follows:injected water is the reinjection water after the treatment of produced water,and clay swelling inhibitor(K522)80mg/L and scale inhibitor(DTPMPA)100mg/L are added.The water quality indexes are as follows:suspended particle content 2mg/L,suspended particle size 1.5um,oil content 6mg/L.
