Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Of The Comprehensive Ability Of The Chemical GLP Laboratory Of The Provincial Quality Inspection Institute

GLP is the abbreviation of Good Laboratory Practice,which means good laboratory specification.Establishment of GLP(good laboratory practice)the main purpose is to strictly control the safety evaluation of chemicals each link testing,that is,to strictly control various subjective and accuracy factors that may influence the results of,to reduce the experimental error,to ensure the authenticity of experimental results.From the research situation,the United States,Japan and European countries attach great importance to the study of GLP laboratory management,in order to improve the ability of laboratory management and have achieved fruitful results,especially in the scope of the implementation of the GLP span abroad,and the legislative and regulatory provisions,responsibility system and other aspects are worth learning;in China,in recent years,the construction of GLP laboratory has got more and more attention,its theoretical research and practical application has also made considerable progress,but in general,the number of GLP laboratory is not enough,the scope of application is not wide enough,mainly focused on drug safety evaluation,GLP chemical lab is very rare;research content,especially the research on the comprehensive ability of GLP laboratory capacity evaluation and promotion is still at the exploratory stage,the lack of comparison.In Jiangsu province product quality supervision and Inspection Institute(hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute)chemical pesticide center as the research object,this paper investigated the current situation of comprehensive ability evaluation of GLP Laboratory of Institute of chemical pesticide quality inspection center,analyzes the main factors influencing the comprehensive ability of Chemical Academy of quality inspection center of pesticide,related theories through AHP,comprehensive evaluation of the weights of the six indicators,quality inspection center of the Institute of chemical pesticide technical ability,environmental facilities,equipment,personnel quality,management level and sustainable development,set up the evaluation index system of comprehensive ability,quality inspection center of the Institute of chemical pesticide,it is verified by examples analysis.Finally,through the quantitative evaluation results,the advantages and disadvantages of the chemical pesticide center of the provincial quality inspection institute were defined,and the corresponding reconstruction suggestions and promotion measures were given.
