In recent years,economic development has led to steady growth of transportation production.Along with the continuous improvement of economic development and resident income of JiangSu province,the car ownership of urban and rural areas is growing rapidly,leading to rising refined oil product consumption,the construction of modern refined oil product sales service network system is put forward higher requirements.In accordance with China's accession to the WTO,China opened refined oil product retail market on December 11,2004 and the wholesale business at the end of 2006.The domestic refined oil product market is further connected with the international market,and the whole refined oil product business is facing severe international competition and domestic market pressure.In order to adapt to the competition,control the investment risk,and find the most advantageous and suitable investments,oil sales companies must carry out feasibility study before making the project decision.This paper is based on LYG-S228 gas station construction project.The market,construction,economy and risk of this project are investigated and studied in detail by using relevant theories and methods of the feasibility study.The paper analises the necessity and background of project construction,survey the address selection and construction conditions,comprehensively analises the construction plan,fire safety and operation management of the project.Also,based on the scientific estimation of the financial data,this paper calculates the corresponding financial evaluation index.At last,the paper analyses the project risks and lists the precautionary measures,providing the scientific basis for the decision of the project.
